Job Responsibilities: 

  • Tax return preparation of all types of taxes (individual, business, estate and trust taxes).
  • Accounting work paper preparation and adjusting journal entries.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Pro Series and QuickBooks (desktop and online) is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

  • Sales Calls: Proactively reach out to potential clients through strategic sales calls, presenting our products/services with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Client Management: Serve as a liaison for client communication, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every touch point. 
  • Administrative Support: Manage and organize paperwork, including scanning, filing, and maintaining records. 
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize CRM tools to track sales metrics, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
