Chris is well known for his prestigious accomplishments in a wide range of accounting and financial services. He worked in both a national CPA firm and local accounting firms before starting his own. In 1986, he started handling clients who were interested in his accuracy and expertise. In 1993, he decided to work as managing partner for Braverman and York PC by combining clients from Braverman and his current clients. However, in 1996, he left the company to focus solely on his own business. After years of chasing his dream of becoming his own boss. Chris founded C York CPA, P.C. in 1997. In 2002, Chris bought another accounting firm and started another firm named Lefstein-Suchoff & York, Inc., which specialized in tax-related problems such as offer in compromise, wage garnishments, payment plans, levies, etc. In 2014, he was listed as one of the top CPAs in New York City on AmericaTop10.com and is listed ever since. With 40 years of experience, he is more than happy to help any client with careful analysis and diligence.

He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
